Orders typically ship within 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Oversize orders may require additional processing time. Transit times and delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. While we may be able to update addresses before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed. To request an address change, please email us at info@owlandgoosegifts.com
If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer will be refunded for the product cost only after the package has been returned to our facility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a package is delayed, marked as delivered but missing, damaged in transit, or otherwise experiences a shipping issue, Owl & Goose Gifts will first file an investigation and/or claim with the shipping carrier before any refund, replacement, or reshipment is processed. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier’s claims process.
Orders that do not show delivered may be eligible for review after 30 days from the shipment date. International orders may require additional transit time and are not eligible for the same shipping claim timelines as domestic orders.
