Orders and Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Approved cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover payment processing costs.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return - items must be unused, with tags and in original packaging. Sealed items must remain unopened.
Return Shipping and Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We will not accept returns on:
- Items labeled *FINAL SALE*
- Gift Cards
- Opened sealed products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing (additional time may be required by your bank.)
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 14 days if your item is damaged or you received the wrong item. We may request photos to help resolve the issue quickly. Minor cosmetic damage to product packaging that does not affect the actual item is not considered product damage and may not qualify for refund or replacement.
Product Variations
Due to the nature of manufacturing, slight variations may occur (such as minor stitching or shape differences, fabric variations, etc). These are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
